Starting from a true zero state, the goal was to transform a purely physical product into a simple, predictable, and flexible experience for everyday home use. The result is a modular control pattern that scales across devices and gives users clear feedback about fragrance strength, lighting, timing, and cartridge capacity.

Customer Subscription Program
Scentsy Club is Scentsy’s subscription program that lets customers schedule recurring shipments of “the stuff that runs out” (wax, oils, cleaning, etc.) on their own cadence, with subscriber-only perks that reward repeat buying and reduce the risk of customers lapsing. It improved the business by creating more predictable repeat demand, strengthening retention through unique benefits, and scaling from an early limited VIP concept into a large, durable loyalty engine.
